I want to become a kindergarten teacher but I don’t want to go back to school for 4 yrs. Any quick study programs out there? I live in Texas if that helps any.

Do you really want to be teaching the future children without a proper education. I certainly wouldn’t let you teach my children.
Go to school and learn like everybody else.
