Question by Emily: What are some games for kids you can teach to kindergarten?
We are having a Math Jamboree or Math Fair in our school. I don’t know games for kindergarten to grade 1-3. Could you please help me! Thanks

Top it- It’s kind of like war. You flip over a card and who’s ever is the highest wins both cards. You can also flip two cards and have to add them together or subtract them and who’s ever is the highest wins. It depends on how old your kids are.

Math bingo- You can have kids write numbers from like 1-25. Then read simple math problems like 2+3=? Have the kids figure it out and then place a chip on that number if they have it. First one to get like 5 in a row wins. You know how to play bingo right?

Those are really the only ones I can think of at the moment. There are other games but you need special boards or pieces. Have fun with your Math Jamboree!
