What is the average or an acceptable salary or hour rate for a Pre-Kindergarten head teacher in a private school/daycare, in NY?

The program runs for 12 full months with no benefits at all, there are 8 working hours per day, with 18 kids.

I will be working as a full day universal pre- kindergarten teacher and I am a certified teacher with 4 years of experience.

Probably a little above minimum wage.
